Sorry, but you can't yet. You're only on level 1. In order to do that, you need to be on level 2. Look at your status, and it will tell you how many more points you need to get to level 2. So start answering some questions! And really well to get 10 points so your points will go up! Good luck! And if you choose a best answer for your question, then you get 3 points! (So choose mine since it probably helped the most! lol)

If you're at level one, you can't rate questions yet. If you are at least level two, you're limited as to how many answers you can rate daily, depending on the level. To rate an answer, click on either the thumbs up or thumbs down next to the answer.

You have to reach Level 2 in your points. I'm not sure the exact number of points you need, but I think it's in the 200s.
