how diffacult is it to remove the rear brake caliper, heard it comes off in 2 pices, any help would be appreciated, R D

The caliper comes off easily.There are two (either torx or allen) bolts the caliper floats on ,remove those and wiggle the caliper body off ,tie the caliper off so it's not hanging on the brake line. The bracket comes off when the axel comes out. The touchy part is the wheel/belt allignment on reassembly. Measure the distance from the axels center to the swingarm pivot on both sides make a note of it, be sure on reassembly to be pretty damn close.

Remove the 2 bolts holding the caliper to the mounting bracket. Then just lift the caliper off. The mounting bracket will come off when you remove the axle. Here's a picture -
