As Burns night is tomorrow (25th.Jan.)I would say "Ae fond kiss" too, but I love his rendition of "Tae a moose" also
Wha's like us, eh?
Ta-ra-ra-noo.

I love Bannockburn,
By Oppression's woes and pains!
By your sons in servile chains!
We will drain our dearest veins,
But they shall be free!
Lay the proud usurpers low!
Tyrants fall in every foe!
Liberty's in every blow!
Let us do or die!.
But To a Mouse also sets my heart a glow,
I'm truly sorry man's dominion
Has broken Nature's social union,
An' justifies that ill opinion
Which makes thee startle
At me, thy poor, earth-born companion
An' fellow-mortal!...

Well it has to be his poem to the fine haggis........
Fair fa' your honest, sonsie face, (sonsie = cheeky)
Great chieftain o' the puddin-race!
Aboon them a' ye tak your place, (aboon = above)
Painch, tripe, or thairm:
Weel are ye wordy o' a grace
As lang's my arm.
