Momentum is P = M * V and is a vector
1. same velocity and the train is more massive, so the train has more momentum
2. a still bat has no velocity so P=0. A moving ball has momentum
3. Identifical balls have same mass and speed, P is the same
4. Opposite direction only means momentum of each ball points in opposite direction but they are same in value. P is the same in value
