No. My 1st love ended badly. He wasn't what I thought he was. After 7 years of being together I was badly abused both physically and mentally.
I am now happily married for the past 8 years and my husband is my true love.

Well i thought so but now i hate his guts,he left me again for the 2nd time and i`m heartbroken and a single mother into the bargain at the grand old age of 24,thought we would be together forever and all thaat silly stuff,love is for mugs.

Uh huh. We've known each other for about 7 years and have been on and off forever. I've never loved anyone half as much as him. He makes me the happiest person in the entire world. Even if we don't end up together in the long run, I'll NEVER love anyone as much as him.

yes, at the time, (17 when we split, going since school) i was really upset!
no, as she turned out to be a right old hag.
She left me, as i was a lazy bum, and had no prospects.
Yet she got married/divorced, adult life on dole as single parent, after working in a factory, for a bit.
Career girl! (and i had no prospects!).
That was 25 years ago, and she looks rough now.
She didnt as much leave me, as god intervened, and saved me.
