The Colts have a defense that can play big in big games, and they have a fantastic offense. The Bears have a great defense, but a questionable offense. The intangible factor here is not what Cris Carter has reported, but rather that they're playing in the Super Bowl. Many times, defense in this game is not as sharp, and offenses come out with guns blazing. Higher scores are not uncommon at all. If the Colts defense shows up *at all*, the Colts will win it running away. I don't know that the Bears have enough reliable offense to be able to say the same.
PREDICTION: Colts 38-24
Personally, I'd like to see Peyton get a ring. He's played at the highest level for so long now that if you could make an argument for anyone deserving the ring, it's him. Of course, nobody deserves it by default - you have to earn it - so I'm glad that he finally has a chance to do it, and I hope he does.

Da Bears, b/c the bears have more to play for. Lovie Smith has already expierenced a Super Bowl Loss with the Rams when he was a defensive cordinator. Tony Dungy has already won a Super Bowl with the Steelers in '79. Plus the Colts Defense has given up @ least 120 rushing yards a game this season. The Bears need to do is put a lot of pressure of peyton manning, and manning will be out of rhythum and throwing INTs, and getting sacked. take a look @ the Jaguars Colts game thats wat Jacksonville did. The colts secondary is lacking since some injuries to a few key starters. Since all this talk with the media giving rex his doubt of winning a super bowl will be more than likely to pump up the bears. The Bears shutdown the # 1 offense in the NFL last week.The Saints only scored 14 ponits, and if the Bears Defense plays the same way they did in the championship game the colts will lose. Plus i honestly think the Saints werent expecting the speed of the Bears Defense as well. Mark Anderson thier Rookie DE can run a 4.9 4.8 40 which is amazing. yes the Bears offense is not as good as thier defense, but the Bears offense have the highest percentage on 4th Down Conversion. The Key thing for the Bears offense is no turnovers like last week. all they have to do is not turnover the ball. the bears running game is excellent Thomas Jones and cedric Benson combined for over 200 yards on the ground, this season. Defense wins championships Go Bears!

Indy will win by a fairly substantial margin. The bears are not I repeat are not that good. They keep winning yes but you will never win a superbowl with a shaky QB. Peole like to talk about Urlacher but he cant do it all. The colts offense will take it to them, they are very powerful. Also, the colts D will go perfectly against the bears. They have the speed to take out berrian and once T-Rex ha ha sees freeney and mathis screamin towards him, can you say 3 picks. And if sanders gets one, see ya.

Even though I'll be cheering for the Bears (more of a Colts hater than a Bear fan)......I think Indy will win easily....40-17......the Colts just have way to much O for the Bears to contain....Manning will run that no huddle and the bigger Bears D will wear down fast.
