Because we're Christian, and not muslims......so that means that we're infadels.......so we must die........according to some of their teachings....This is also one reason why they hate Israel.

The US has this habit of stepping into other countries to take control of what they want. Especially oil. Lots of it. The countries which have lots of this just happen to be predominately muslim. It suits the US to keep such countries politically unstable - it keeps them reliant on the US instead of standing up for themselves. Therefore education, economy, infrastructure etc. suffers, in some cases, horribly . Take some leaders to convince the masses that all their problems are because of America, and you won`t have too many friends there, it doesn`t matter what religion. This doesn`t make a terrorist though. That is from desperation and brainwashing, and is NOT islamic. (Just remember, ETA, IRA ....). But just for the record, let`s be clear, Muslims don`t neccesarily HATE the US and everything about it. But they don`t like the US`s politics, and you wouldn`t either if you lived in those countries.

Well first off before I start this let me explain that I am not a Muslim, I am a christian born and bred here in the U.S. Also, not all Muslims hate the U.S. That's why alot of them move their families here.
The major reason other countries hate the US, is because we put our noses where it don't belong. Nine out of ten people that I have spoken with from other countries mention the US trying to "westernize" their culture as being the number one reason for anti-American feelings.
Mostly they are anti-globalization. They want to preserve their way of life. When America goes in, even if its just to help, we always try to convert different people to our ideals because we think its the best way to help. Because we are the first to charge in and make a big change, like it or not, we are the pioneers of globalization.

We and other countries like Brittian have a problem overthrowing their elected officials. Iran voted in 1957 and picked a leader they thought would be best for their country. The only problem is it was not good for countries that rape the planet for fossil fuels.
Meanwhile back at the ranch the United States decided to kill that leader and bring in the Shah of Iran. The Iraqi or I am sorry Iranian people thought that seemed unfair and many of them became violent.
Republicans recently decided to make it a Christian / Islam thing to cover it up. Now we write things in Yahoo Answers and blame each other.

We are a democracy, uphold equality, and are threatening to Islam. Any nation that is a threat to Islam is an enemy in their eyes. These whiny liberals on here will say it is because we rape and pillage..bullshyte. This conflict started long before America was ever founded. Another poster here says it's because we export filth and the like, but does that make their attacks on us righteous? Even in a nation with the majority of religious people being Christians, it is not right to slaughter purveyors of trash. This is not a Boondock Saints fairytale we live in.

America has been exporting filth, violence, and humanism for decades. Hollywood in particular has been a very poor influence on the world. These 'morals' fly in the face of both Islam AND Christianity. For a long time, they were confused as to why Christians did nothing about it. Finally, some of them decided to do it themselves. Liberals should be VERY afraid of Islam. They are the first targets to be taken on, with their pro- homosecuality, promiscuity, and pro abortion stance.

Most Muslims didn't hate the US.
The ones who did, it was because they felt the need make the whole world Muslim. They still don't think Allah can convince people without terrorism.

the united states and others have also been messing with their governments and lifestyles for a few decades (they have lots of oil)
