Where is lower fort garry and where is upper fort garry?

Lower Fort Garry is near Selkirk MB and Upper Fort Garry or what is left of it is near the forks in the city of Winnipeg Manitoba Upper fort Garry only a wall and a few plaques are left but Lower Fort Garry the entire place is still kept up as a historic relic.
