Well that depends on how hungary they are. My suggestion would be to go live in the desert for a few weeks eating and drinking only what you find. If you last two weeks without eating poo figure the camels last 4 because they are obviously smarter than you for asking such a silly question, and would therefore be able to find food for a longer period of time.

They could easily as could anything on this earth, however why would they want to. I mean they go days without WATER that is a pure necessity, why in the hell would they eat there own poo. It comes out in little pepples.

they can if they want- but it wouldn't be very nutritious. Most young animals eat their mother's poop to get beneficial bacteria. I am assuming you mean for survival. Since they are ruminants, the poop comes out in a hard pellet- and everything is already pretty much taken out of it.
