It is a Prenuptial Agreement. It is something that is signed prior to getting married so if the marriage turns out bad, the person who signed the pre-nup only gets a certain amount of money from the divorce.

"Prenup" is short for Pre-Nuptual Agreement. It is a contract signed by two people before they get married. It outlines the terms of the marriage and what each party will get if they divorce. For example, a couple can agree that the house they live in is the sole property of one person in the event of a divorce as opposed to splitting the assets 50%.

Its a pre-nup or a pre-nuptual agreement. Wedding ceremonies are legally called nuptuals.
A pre-nup is an agreement of division of wealth and property in case of a divorce. A lot of people are eager to get them before a second marriage after being burned financially in their first divorce. Men often want to get them before marrying a women if the man will be the sole income earner so if they should split she can't take all his money when she contributed nothing or to ensure that she will get something to live on but that it wont result in him being broke.

A prenuptial agreement or antenuptial agreement, commonly abbreviated to prenup or prenupt, is a contract entered into by two people prior to marriage or civil union. The content of a prenuptial agreement can vary widely, but commonly includes provisions for the division of property should the couple divorce and any rights to spousal support during or after the dissolution of marriage.

Pre-nups, or pre-nuptials are agreements made out before the marriage regarding who gets what in the event of a divorce. It kind of undermines the meaning of marriage, but at the same time it makes things very easy during the divorce period.

The term is: Pre-nup, short for pre-nuptial. An written agreement that some couples enter into prior to getting married, so if the marriage breaks up, one party doesn't take all the other party's assets and money etc.

It is a pre- nup. It is a form that a couple signs before marriage, and a post- nup is a form that they sign before divorce. I think it's something to do with financial aid or something, I heard a bit about it on Desperate Housewives (show on CTV, in Canada, if you live elsewhere and don't know what I'm talking about.)

Prenup stands for prenuptial. It's an agreement you make or contract you sign before you get married, mainly to protect your assets. For example, you may sign a prenup that states in the event of a divorce, each person gets 50% of their assets (money, possessions, etc.).
