YES. Weed doesn't make you do stupid stuff like alcohol, cocaine and heroin. I never went out and got into a fight because i was high on Mary Jane, lots of fights on a drunk. If they legalized it though you wouldn't get as much as you do on the streets. Plus they don't know how to tax it, and the government wont make as much money off of it as they do now. Believe me they are making money off all drugs. How do you think it keeps getting into the country?

Yeah! I agree with the other people who have stated that it could be taxed. If it is sold through liquor stores or head shops it could be controlled. Marijuana is the only drug that has no physical withdrawal symptoms. Use tax money to pay for the other irresponsible people who start doing heroine and the like then need government assisted rehab.

Yes. Imagine how much money will be recirculated. Plus alcohol isn't good for you, causes people to do stupid things and get in wrecks. But it's legal. So why isn't marijuana?

I think it should be legal. Because of the amount of taxes that would be levied on it. And because as a police officer i have never seen anyone who was smoking pot think he was ten feet tall and bullet proof like drinkers of alcohol and i do not believe maijunana leads you to harder drugs.

It absolutely should be. Along with every other drug.
We will never be able to prevent drug and alcohol use by the people that want to use it. Making drugs illegal provides a means for criminals to make vast fortunes, and increases violent crime.
If you don't believe me, you should do a little investigation into the effects prohibition had on our country.

Yes it is just as bad as smoking and alcohol. I would never do it personally but if you allow smoking and alcohol you should allow it. They should just legalize all drugs and monitor it and tax the hell out of it.

No, they should not legalize marijuanna because it would led to many problems for many people, even non-smokers. Physical, social and psychological changes occur using marijuanna. Lifes have been taken due to use of marijuanna.
