if you removed all the malicious files installed by the trojan, then it can't do any harm. but if there's something left, probably your computer still is infected. to be sure you need to run an antispyware program. i suggest you to try spyware doctor:

If you are trying to say you have SpyBot to get rid of a trojan, then you should first immunize the computer in SpyBot, then run a bot check and Fix Selected Problems when it's through. And no, once the trojans are gone, there is no lasting damage to the computer.

If the trojan already did damage, then that damage is permanent unless you restore your computer to an earlier setting. Otherwise no.

spybot detects spyware/malware, it is not a anti-virus program never has been

u got some real nasty stuff.hotbr is very renowned spyware. well i would suggest running this tool in safemode nd follow the onscreen directions just to be on safe side
