i know it's a word and a song from the presidents of the united states.
what does it all mean?

Don't you think it's a girl's first name? I mean, Vestina, IS a girl's first name, but don't you think that's how it's being used in the song. If you read the lyrics http://www.lyricsdomain.com/20/the_presidents_of_the_usa/vestina.html and think of Vestina as a name, it makes sense.

I have never heard of this word as written so I went to the dictionary for help and found the following:

Sorry, we have no matches for vestina


The closest find was VESTING:

NOUN:

Perhaps you are not hearing the lyrics clearly enough??

It used to mean "United", but today It's the french word for "Vagina".
