Get it in writing. Have they seen your income, paystubs, verified rental history. Are you happy with the interest rate?

What they did was pull your credit, and qualify you that way. Just make sure that your income is accurate, and that you have the job time, so it will go thru the underwriting process.

Sounds like a yes, but I never trust banks nor sales men. Get it in writing.
