Well, more than likely when your heater core went bad it leaked some antifreeze into the floor board of your car and when ever there is moisture on the inside of the car when the outside temp is cold you will end up with condensation on the inside of the windows. It will eventually stop once the floor board drys out. You can always have your carpet pulled back and have someone clean it up.

One of your heater ducts may still have antifreeze in it. Does your interior smell sickening sweet. When that side window fogs up again wipe across the fog on the window with your little finger. Dot your tongue with your finger if you sense a sweet taste. If so here may be antifreeze standing in your duct work, a leaking heat control valve or loose heater core hoses. Draw a line on your clear coolant recovery tank while it's cold at the top level of the antifreeze. Keep checking this level every other day. If the level is dropping you have an antifreeze leak somewhere. Check the top portions of your floor carpets.

Sounds like you have a leak in the system. Feel the floor under your dashboard for wetness. Take the car back to the people who installed the heater core and ask them to check for leaks.
