In the first place we (king John) grant to God.......that the english church shall be free and have her (the church) rights and liberties inviolate(without violation.

will this be personal rights(property, movement, etc. I think is this one

The correct answer is The Seperatation of Church and State: "There were provisions guaranteeing the freedom of the church and the customs of the towns, special privileges being conferred upon London."

First off, all the ones you listed are American rights. The United States didnt even exist then - not even close.
Its rights for the church! Says so right there.
