What if celebrities had nicknames like notorious mafia figures?

Like for example, John "the dapper don" Gotti or Anthony "big tuna" Accardo... I have two to get it started: Donald "the comb over " Trump and George W "fumbler" Bush. Anyone else got any good ones?
