Yeah, it definitely makes me speechless...and it's kinda better to be speechless at that point.
Those people have a serious self-esteem problem...so even if you wanted to say something back, I wouldn't even want to waste my breath.

Yeah and like you said - laughter is about the best way to handle that. Except, don't laugh in their face - just do it inside or later.
