Yes, the cost was out of this world and the customer was never happy if memory serves. The headers themselves are absolutely one of the worst jobs to get one that I have ever done. The actual replacement of the exhaust was not that bad as the performance exhaust I installed was designed for this unit, although I can't rememeber the name of it. It was very pricey if I remember though. The problem with the installation is no one thought about the simple fact that the headers burnt the crap out of every spark plug wire I ever tried. I tried to make heat shields for them but of course they didn't look so good and that is a concern to every Corvette guy out there. So to answer your questions, very high cost, misfires when the wires burn out, but other than that the system worked very well as the oxygen sensors are all accounted for so the PCM is happy. Good luck.

I just bought a truck with dual exaust and it sounds bad *** until you have to start replacing it piece by piece. I have 6 O2 sensors on that exaust system at $50 a pop.

dual exhaust on a v6 doesn't sound that great, but if that's what you want go for it.
