Nothing but it does not abort the baby if you are already pregnant. Usually if you take it when you are supposed to then there shouldn't be alot of worry because it should do it's job. Of course with almost all birth control it is not 100 percent effective and the only method is not having sex at all. But I am not stupid or naiive enough to think that a person will stop just because someone says you shouldn't.
12 weeks and 3 days pregnant.

HI there the morning after pill has absolutely no affect at all if you are already pregnant, it is only usefull for the first 72 hours give or take a few depending on the person. I also took the morning after pill, it doesn't affect at all.
One of my friends even got a special injection at 5 weeks to get rid of the baby and what happens is it either works or it doesn't the baby dies, or i stays normal and healthy.. Don't worry.
Things that will affect yoru baby, caffiene, alcohol, smoking etc
best of lck and dont worry, take care of the little bub that you have inside, it's a gift from god or nature or whoever you believe in and very precious

The morning after pill will not abort an existing pregnancy. The pill prevents the egg from attaching to the wall of the uterus. Once implantation takes place the pill will not work. The pill, which is high doses of birth control pills, most likely will not harm the baby.

I am not sure about the birth defect thing, but all it is is a high dose of estrogen. It will thicken the walls of the uterus so implantation is much less likely to occur. It may not work and you may still get pregnant. My OB didnt say anything about risk to a baby if you do indeed get pregnant and I think he would have. As in birth control pills, it carries a high risk of miscarriage, but a friend of mine had a baby that was just fine after taking them for 7 months not knowing she was pregnant.

If you're early enough along it will cause you to abort your baby. If you are further along it can cause severe birth defects.
