How does the Flexi wage system works? Anyone care to explain? Thanks in advance..

I'm not too sure of how the bonus and Increment form into Monthly Variable Component and Annual Variable Component throughout the years. Does anyone know of any links where there are images, which show the structure?

Base on my understanding, certain component of your salary is in the flexi component. The purpose of the flexi component is that when the company is not doing well, the flexi component will go down and if the company is doing well the flexi component should increase. This will prevent the employer from retrenching staff when the company is not doing well
