i'm sure in the future something like that would be possible, but for the time being i don't think so. if it suddenly became possible, i am absoulty sure that they would be talking about forever and you would hear from the doctor that proved, don't always believe everything you see, especially on the internet, some people are really wacky

1999: MalePregnancy.com (Web Hoax)
Lee Mingwei, the first pregnant man
This website documented the case of Mr. Lee Mingwei, supposedly the first man to bear child. A variety of documentary evidence was provided to allow visitors to track the progress of Mr. Mingwei's pregnancy, but in fact all of the evidence was false. The site was really created as an art project by the conceptual artist Virgil Wong. In fact, it would be theoretically possible for a man to bear a child by means of an ectopic pregnancy (and taking female hormones), but due to the high risks involved, no one has ever attempted such a procedure (though in 2002 Doctor Chen Huanran in Beijing announced he was seeking volunteers).

No-but male species of fish take it upon themselves to endere fertilization, wombel matureization along with physical expansion to incite a benevolent admonition of absolute devotion to the prospective female of his attention with an ere to his fears of being rejected. This dance is resolved with delivery of children who aspire to survival above all else. The proof of love rests in the sacrafice He endures in the name of procreation. Nature provides the clues to our salvation.

I watched that haha that's ghetto!! I really don't think it's real.. Men don't have the hormones to support a pregnancy, do they? Because before the placenta is efficient enough to take over that role, the corpus luteum does it i think...something like that... I dunno, it may be possible but i don't think thats for real...
