Sweet 16 birthday party idea for march, help?

It will be my 16th birthday, and it needs to be under $350. Any ideas, themes, ANYTHING would be really appreciated! BTW, it can't be outside because of the freezing weather. Like themes, places, games that were fun, etc.

How about a retro party? Base it on the year you were born, what was in style for clothing? food fads? music? etc. you get the idea. Then have your friends dress accordingly and party like it was 16 years ago.

Depending on your type of friends, you could also have a costume party to represent your favorite character in a book or movie, or television show.

Extreme bowling is fun, if they have it in your area. It is usually on a Friday or Saturday night, the lights are turned down, and the music is turned up. Those can be a lot of fun.

Have a beach party indoors. It will get everyone in the mood for Summer.

Or have a Togo party. You don't need much decorations and people don't have to spend a lot of money on costumes.

See if a band from your high school will play or someone from your high school will DJ for free.

Sounds captivating. some Asian cultures also use leis, those will be captivating. you would upload to the decorations with flowered umbrellas. would also use manzanita branches with sparkling lighting fixtures fixtures on the branches on your decorations till you've already got dried plum tree branches. seems very organic both to have the celebration interior the eating position or to have the eating position cater the celebration anyplace you've it. Your cake, for sure, would also use similar decorations because the plum blossoms.
