Race is just a made up term.
Really there is just the human race.
I assume that some how you are using skin colour to determine race.
Africa and the Middle East are the home to civilization. Where food was first domesticated.
China gave us gunpowder - maybe a good thing maybe not.
Every "race" has contributed some things and also where ever humans gather there is also bad things.
What do you find important?
Guns?
TV?
Food?
Buildings?
Nature?
Philosophy?
Math?
Science?
Medicine?
The number zero?
It is just too open of a question.

The Arabs.
The Arabs were the ones who preserved the texts of antiquity during the European Dark ages. Everything we know about Plato, The Greeks, indeed, most of what we know about Europe and the Middle East from the Pre Christian era comes form Arab historians and mathematicians.
For example, the Library of Alexandria was burned to the ground by Christian Soldiers determined to destroy "All that did not bring glory to Christ."
Our emergence from the Dark Ages depended largely on these texts making it back into Christendom from trade with Arab nations.
We would have been set back a good two to three thousand years in science and mathematics alone if it weren't for the Arabs. As it was, we were probably set back 500 to 1,000 years, even with the Arab "Data Vault."

The Human Race
The Human Genome Project (HGP) showed a very limited genetic diversity at the DNA level.
We came from one location and spread all over the earth. Race is an illusion

the Greeks - they had a library full of things that took humans until 2000 to discover, but the Turks and Arabs destroyed the library - WTMF how stupid can a race get? the Greeks, they made Math, Science and Art as we know it today - as Einstein once said, if the Turks hadnt burned down that library, man would be a thousand years more advanced, with cures to any disease.
cheers

I am saddened that no one mentioned blacks. Are we that poisonous to society? I mean, I think Black people held the world on their shoulders and still are. Blood and tears were spilled from blacks all the way from Africa to here; that includes knowlege, strength, and other contributions- Don't hate.

The Arabs have had the most negative effect on the world. The caucasians have had the most effective role in the financially but I think China is catching up quickly. This all may be completely wrong.
