An internet pharmacy is in theory a great idea. However I believe it is not legal in the UK.
Why? Because the role of a pharmacy is not just to dispense drugs, but to be seen to be responsible and accurate in this process 9i.e. don'y give arsenic instead of stuff for athletes foot), and also to be seen to only give those drugs to those who really need them (on the NHS).
This can be achieved by pharmacists working with certificates in local shops. But it is harder to achieve with the anonaminity of the internet.
