Do women dislike hairpieces on men? I may get one. How would a woman feel if she discovered that the really good looking man whom she adored, with the gorgeous hair, wore a hairpiece? Would his attractiveness diminish in her eyes? Would she refrain from running her fingers through his hairpiece?

Yes, women dislike hairpieces on men.
Most of the reasoning for this is that we don't associate attractiveness with hair. We're not drawn to a guy because he has a "great head of hair".
For me, at least, the guy's attractiveness would diminish if I found out he had a hairpiece - not because he's missing hair, but because he had such low self confidence that he felt the need to lie about it. However, most hairpieces are easily identifiable, so I'm not sure how long you'd be able to lie about it, in the first place.
And I would NEVER run my fingers through his hairpiece (eeww!).
A bald or balding guy with self confidence is sexier than a bashful guy with hair, any day.

All the women I have ever spoken with are of the same opinion - no, we don't like hairpieces. It's almost like lying... badly. None of them ever look real, no matter how good they are. I think it would be more sexy for a man to embrace who he is than try to cover it up!!! I know a bald guy, and he looks great bald! I would die if he wore a hairpiece.

Ew! I wouldn't want to touch a hairpiece - much less run my fingers through it. My boyfriend has very little hair - and he is VERY HANDSOME!! The hair doesn't make the man. No need to bother!

i personally do not like them. to me it is like you are trying to hide something. Or that you are compensating for something that is missing. I don't know that it would diminish in my eyes, but it would certainly make me wonder what else you weren't telling me. Generally most of my guy friends and/or other men I have known over the years look way better natural. Some even just shave their head if they are young. I personally like all bald like michael jordan style to a hair piece.
Hair is not really an important thing to me. Your personality and sense of humor or how you treat others are what is most important to me.

Yes, most of us dislike them. I would rather have a man who was honestly bald and unashamed than a man who is insecure or vain enough that he needs a hairpiece. What woman wants a man whose hair looks better than hers?

no buddy.iam a bald man and if your going bald,go with confidence,because most women dont like to see a dead animal on their men.if you want to know more,just go on the web and write in (bald r us)and you will be surprised what people are saying about rugs and stuff like that.

its a lie.
when she finds out, she will be disturbed for a bit. depends on how bad it is under there too. is it really that bad. just cut it super short. looks cleaner, and more sophisticated.
i guess if your gonna get one, make it a noticeably bad one, so they all know just by the first glance. no suprises.
