Yes i do. I like it with peanut butter as a snack or cut up in tuna fish. Its also good in stew or a roast.

Not really, it makes my burps taste weird.
But did you know that it has negative calories??? It takes more calories to produce energy to chew than there are in it! Amazing, no?
