Internet help!!?
i have the new internet explorer. i cant get the oh... (i forgto wat its called) thing that shows file, edit, view, favorites, toos the menu bar or toolbar i 4got it wont come up ife right-clicked everywhere and dragged stuff but still nothing

"View" > "Toolbars" > check one.
