After the money was paid to them they distributed very large portions to off shore and Swiss banks for the bush-kis and cheney-offskis. Then they sent inferior materials and tainted food to Iraq to rebuild the country and feed the US soldiers. Pretty cool, huh? And our own VP is a former Halliburton Administrator. How'd that happen?

They really played no part in the war itself.
They have been awarded large contracts for the reconstruction of Iraq - just like Clinton awarded them for the rebuilding of Kosovo.

This is what happens when a President listens to people that are making money on his decisions. It was atleast 80 percent of the decision process. Cheney went to the C.I.A. on a regular basis to insist on evidence that made it look like we had to invade Iraq. They made things up and attacked those who disagreed.
