i'm on the itunes and my ipod has the "do not disconnect" sign on...basically how do i get songs to appear on my ipod

If iTunes is open and your iPod says "do not disconnect" it means that it is synching the files (i.e., copying your music from your PC to your iPod). When it's done transferring the files that message will go away and you'll be able to select your songs on your ipod using the scroll wheel.

WHAT U DO IS GO TO FILE AT THE TOP AND SCOLL DOWN UNTIL U FIND SYNC IPOD..JUST CLICK ON IT AND WAIT LIKE 2 SECONDS AND THEN SONGS WILL APPEAR ON UR IPOD
