Anyone ever filled in a job application that asks for their worst fault? Whats a good one? I mean, saying that you steal, or have a terrible temper may be true, but not exactly what they want to hear! There's always the cheesy "I'm a perfectionist", but that would just get thrown in the bin!

How about, you work too hard? Or your wife complains that you spend too much time working? Or that you obsess over your work.
If you want to be honest, just tell them whatever weakness you have. Mine would be that when I'm very busy I forget to check details.
