It just depends on the bra and how you feel each one fits. Try both and see what you like better. I'm a 32B and I can almost NEVER find my size. So I usually go for a 34B. Sometimes I"ll do a 36-34A but I find the 34B usually fit a little better. Even if they arent perfect.

The best way to find out is to go to a lingerie store like Victoria's Secret and ask them to measure you. Most women are wearing the wrong bra size so it's a good idea to let a professional measure you.

You just really need to go into a store and start trying on different sizes, sometimes just because you are measured to wear a certain size they still don't fit right. In my experience whatever size happens to fit the best is what I go with

As someone who wore the wrong size bras for years, I can say it is absolutely worth the time and effort and money it takes to find a bra that fits properly! There are many, many stores online that carry unusual sizes (and yours isn't that unusual).
Your body will appreciate it! I'm going to link to a couple of sites where you can find your size. :)
You're lucky - many companies MAKE the size you need. I'm a 34HH. It's NOT easy to find.

Do not substitute. It won't feel as comfortable and you'll end up feeling like you should've further searched for the proper size. Try shopping online or at other stores. MANY department stores have a Lingerie section. Can you honestly say that NONE of the stores in your town have your size? I used to work in the Lingerie Department, and I do believe you when you say it's not a common size. Keep looking & good luck!

If that is your actual size than that is the size you should wear. If you can't find that size anywhere (I have problems finding the right size bra as well) you can go to a lingerea shop and have one made for you. I know that Olga's in Glastonbury Ct USA will custom make bras. If you research it, I'm sure you could find a place in your area that does that too. It's much more expensive to have custom bra's made but it is worth it.

Don't go by the size on the label, different brands and styles fit differently. Your best bet is either to try on different bras to see what you like and you can get an exact fit by measuring yourself:

You don't substitute, for a real good fit, go to a specialty store, where that is basically all they sell, they will measure you and fit you with the right size and fit that you need. Good Luck.

It doesn't sound like "the store" is very well-stocked. The C cup in a 32C is actually smaller than the C cup in a 34C (this is called cross-band sizing or something). The B cup in a 34B is close to the C cup in a 32C; so 34B is quite a close substitute for 32C.
