I have heard of ”people stranded on an island”, but
I have never heard of a ”stranded island”.
It is obviously never too late to learn.

An island cannot be stranded, only a person can.
Having said that, this question has been posed to nutritionists. Their answer was "pizza."
If you think about it, it has carbs, dairy (cheese), oils (fats), plus vegetables and meats, depending on the toppings. So it could be the most complete single food, depending again on the toppings.

WELL. you are stranded. you dont plan for such things. you don t go "oh im going to be stranded on an island with no food and water today...lemme pack a banana or two in my lunch box"

peanut butter! it's filling, tasty, you can make sweeten it up with some sugary things on the island or eat it to satisfy a salty craving! plus, you can put it on just about anything and it'll probably make it taste good. yum.

Why would i take food, The island probably has a McDonalds and a Starbucks, and possibly a Wal-mart.

i keep thinking chicken, but i love fruit. I can see fruit being on an island though, but i sure can't see chickens on a desert island. So i'm going to go with chicken

I would take melted cheese so i could:
Cook fish and dip it in cheese
Leaves dipped in cheese
Salad with cheese dressing
Bugs dipped in cheese
Crabs stuffed with cheese
Lobsters a la cheese?
Cheese can come in handy!

i'd bring a watermellon because i could plant the seeds and grow more and i could drink the juuice also well bye i hope that was good enough
