I think that since he's near the end of his career, it's really too late for any type of a gimmick change, even something as small as changing make up. Plus, since his career is almost over, he probably wants to go out in a good way. And since the Crow Sting was agruably the most memorable part of his career, it's a safe bet that his legacy won't be tarnished by keeping things the same.

I have to agree with TAK 1 for the most part - the part I don't agree on is that this sting is the most memorable of all the Stings because I will always remember the Sting with bleached blond hair and all of his wild face paint! but that is a good answer Tak
