Here's all you need to make paper mache paste: Just get 1 Cup of flour and 2 Cups of water and put these into a bowl, mix after you do this. After you stir that up a bit, just take some newspaper pages, and tear them into strips. Make sure you have the shape of what you need to paper mache first before you make the paste. Then cover the shape of the sculpture with the strips of newspaper after you dip them into the bowl w/ the paste in it. As you pull each strip of paper mached pages out of the bowl, take your index and pointer finger, those are your first two fingers on your hand. Take one finger and put iton one side of the strip, and put the other finger on the other side of it and run them both down the strip to get the extra paste off of the strip. While you are doing this, hold it over the bowl so you don't make a big mess on your table or bed. Then place this onto a section of the shape that you have made for the project. And thus repeat these steps until all of your shape is covered by paper mached newspaper. Hope that helps:)

What you will need:
.bowl of water
.flour
.newspaper
.glue (optional)
.first, tear the newspaper into strips, about 2 inches wide
.then mix the flour into the bowl of water. the mixture should be a little thick; not very runny. if you want it to be a little more sticky than normal, add some glue to the mixture.
.take the strips of newspaper and run them, one at a time, through your mixture, making sure to cover them all the way. its good to have a model or something of what your trying to make. for example, if your trying to make a paper mache lantern, you could blow a balloon up and put pieces of the sticky mixture coated newspaper on it. after it dries, pop the balloon, and what you have left is a paper lantern. I hope I helped you. have fun! (and try not to get your self dirty, paper mache is a messy job!!)

Here's How:
1. Create your paper mache form and prepare your desired paper mache paste.
2. Tear newspaper into strips.
3. Dip one piece of newspaper at a time into prepared paper mache paste.
4. Hold the strip over the paste bowl and run it through your fingers to squeeze off excess paste.
5. Stick the newspaper strip over the form you want to paper mache, and smooth it down with your fingers.
6. Completely cover your creation with a layer of newspaper strips. They should all be over-lapping.
7. After one layer is applied, let it dry about 24 hours.
8. Add another layer of newspaper strips and let dry another 24 hours.
9. Repeat this process until you get the desired effect, but you should have at least three layers.
10. Paint, decorate and proudly display your creation!
Tips:
1. Tear the newspaper into strips -- do not cut it!
2. Be generous when dipping the newspaper strips into the paste -- you want each piece thoroughly saturated!
3. Let each layer dry completely before adding another.

Last I checked, projeCT ends with a C and a T, not a C and a K. I believe you've already received the instRucTions, now maybe you'd get further in life if you learned how to properly construct a sentence. "What all the information....?"
It's pretty bad when you spell your own home state Massachutes... I think even Jessica Simpson would have gotten closer than that.
Sad sad sad...
