You need to relax. Stress can cause problems in early pregnancy so if you are pregnant, you need to get ahold of yourself. You may not find out accurately with a pregnancy test until you are at least 3-4 weeks along. Once your next cycle is due, then you can test and be sure.
If you stress, the cramps can be a sign of that and if you are pregnant then your body may reject the pregnancy because you are not 'physically' ready.
Realx and when the time comes you'll know.

I am sorry. Don't give up!!!! I am not sure how long you have been trying but if you don't get pregnant after a few months I would talk to your OB just to make sure everything is okay. I would think the test should be positive if you are a week late but you never know. Your cycle could be off this month. The moody cramps could be because you are getting ready to start your period. Keep trying and good luck!!!! :-)

I was a week late when I got a positive pregnancy test, but had been waking up in the night to pee, had cramps and breast tenderness for 2 weeks before it dawned on me that I could be pregnant. I was a week late when I took the test. Maybe you should see a doctor and have a blood test ran to see if you are pregnant or not

Join the club sweet heart!
You and me both... along with a million other women around this world of ours!
I have been looking very possibe place that I can for information on "How to stay healthy" to "What sex position"....
I gave some of this advice to 2 other ladies that wants to come out pregnant.
And like I told them, I will tell you...And may this be of help to you...

HERE GOES:

1. Inprove your diet-
several serving of fruit, veggies, grains, and calcium rich
foods.
2. Vitamins-
take good prenatal vitamins!!
especially one with Folic Acid - 600 to 800 mcg
*But make sure that you don't OD on to much on a single one.
A. too much vita-A: could cause birth defects above
10,000 IU a day.
B. too much vita-B12: could cause miscarriages
C. LOTS OF CALCIUM!! Not enough calcium could also
cause miscarriages as well as pregnancy risks.
D. Iron- 30 mg a day... helps keep pregnancy going.
3. Stay stress free!!!
Good ways- read, start a hobby, meditate, and lots of rest are
good ideas..
4. Find your ideal weight. If your under-gain... If your over-lose it!!
5. Exercise at least 3 times a week-
Stay active- to increase stamina and build muscle.
6. After sex, stay in bed with your legs propped up for at least 30
minutes before getting up to give the sperm an extra boost to
get to the egg.
7. If your smoking- QUIT
If your drinking- QUIT
Cut back on caffeine or quit
8. Your fertile days are 2 to 3 days before your ovulation
Cycle: Starts on 1st day of period. Ends 1t day of next.
Ovulation: Is usually 14 to 15 days before next period.
9. One way to know that your on your fertile days:
Cervicle Mucus can be sticky or stretchy and can be white or
coudy.
Last of all don't force it. It's best to know what you need to know a head of time but to just let it happen.

GOOD LUCK!!!

P.S.S. If you find anything better than this.... Could you let me know!! I would love to hear it!!!

If you took your test with your morning urine and the test came out negative then you are not pregnant. If you are stressed then that will also make you late. You need to just relax and time it so you can get pregnant.

Just give it time. I did not get my period once for a whole month and I was not pregnant. SOmetimes your periods get wacky and thats normal. Periods udes to go by the changing of the moon but now since we have indoor lights your body gets confused so it may get out of wack from time to time give it another week or 2 and try another test...you may want to go to the doctor to make sure its correct

Honey you are stressing yourself out so bad that you are throwing your hormones out of wack....and if by chance you do get pregnant, if you keep stressing this way than you made potentionally hurt the baby and have a miscarriage....So what you first have to do is calm yourself down....take a vacation or go to a spy....get a massage something...what ever you do to relax. then just try again, to have your baby....

Its' ok, try calling your Dr's office and ask for a blood test. wait another few days and retest yourself, you may not have enough hormone to show positive or you have just stressed your body out and now you are late.

It could be so much going on.
