I found out that I was pregnant september of last year. From there I had an abortion, now I am ready to have a baby. Can i still get pregnant even after having a abortion?

Has your period been regular?
Is your partner ready?

Definitely. Having repeated abortions can sometimes effect a woman's ability to have children. But since your abortion was fine, you should have no trouble getting pregnant again. Good Luck.

Yes. I had an abortion at 18, not something I am super proud of but its something I can not change. I am now 30 and proud Mommy to a son and twin daughters.

Of course you can! Theraputic abortions are done safely like any other medical procedure. If you had no complications (as there are risks with any medical procedure) and you are in good health, then you have nothing to be concerned about. Yes you can but I would wait till about a year to be safe. I am no Dr here but you did lose a child and it takes it's toll on your body. I had one years ago and had two kids since so it's all fine. Just love it and make absolutely sure you want it. Good luck

Oh! Now you are ready to have a baby? That is so great that you pick and choose the blessings that you are given! Chances are, after you and your significant other decided to throw away the first kid, karma will make sure you don't get so lucky the second time around - COME ON PEOPLE - I am not generally against abortion in extreme circumstances, but this is clearly not one of them...you make me sick.

Aw, I kinda feel sorry for your first baby, 4 months later you want one? Oh well not my business.. But yeah sweetie you can get pregnant again. 15 days after the first day of your last period. Good luck.
