I don't think it's something you can turn on and off. Some people do and some don't. What's the point in worrying about something that you cannot change?! Yet people do. It's human nature.

... because we have always seen "worry" all around us and we hardly see or are being taught how to deal with it. In other words, worry is just a part of life just like smile, happiness, anger, lust, etc. In fact, no one can teach us the way out of it as it must be tackled through self knowledge only.

People worry over nothing because they don't realize that they have control over almost everything.

I dont know why, worrying just makes them feel worse and does nothing to change the situation.

It's the smarter ones worry in my clan.

I figure, like they just never got in the habit of written things down.

Ain't it a btch when you get worried and ya can't think of what it is. Like your forgetten something.

I hate that one the most.

Because to someone else it may seem nothing but to the individual it is part of their feelings and we are all entitled to our feelings even if nobody else can understand.

It makes them feel as though they're doing something of value. It makes them feel important - as though they can avoid or change it.
