Are there certain pictures I can show someone to prevent them from having an abortion?

I need some pretty graphic pictures that can tell someone what really happens to these babies when they are killed. My cousin is scheduled for an abortion next week and is already 4.5 months, isn't that too late already?

No there aren't and you shouldn't try. It is that person's decision and choice to make alone. No amount of graphic images will change that person's right to respect and privacy. It is her body, it is her choice.

The sad thing is that I have seen pictures like these so many times that I hardly have a reaction anymore when I see them. This kind of evil is, unfortunately, so commonplace in today's world.

We can only be thankful that aborted babies will be in the comfort of God's loving light.

P.S. Not sure about the time limit, but here in the UK the limit is 24 weeks (or 28, not sure) so in the UK I don't think it would be too late. I'm not sure about the U.S., though.

I'm sure you could google tons of pictures if you wanted to but it may not work. I worked at an abortion clinic for awhile so I know first hand what happens. If someone is set on doing it then they are going to do it. The best approach is to give your cousin alternatives instead of trying to scare her out of the abortion. 4.5 months is too late in my opinion but the doctor I worked for went up to 5 months. They hooked the woman up to a sonogram so I was actually able to see the baby being ripped apart as it was sucked out of their wombs. Not a pleasant thing to experience.

Also, try something other than scaring her. I dont know what her situation is, but whatever it is, she has options. One of my best friends became a mother at the age of nine because she was raped by her father. Her daughter is now a beautiful young girl. Unfortunately, my friend died recently at the age of 24 from ovarian cancer. But she refused to give up on her daughters life. Even as 9 year old girl, she knew that the life inside of her had a future and a purpose. Her own family rejected her and called her a liar about the rape, yet she fought for her unborn child. She found a friend who took her in and helped her raise her beautiful daughter. Despite her difficult pregnancy and childhood, Crissy became a loving Christian wife and mother of 3 children total. Her decision to keep her baby was never regretted, and although her life was cut short, she brought healthy, beautiful, and loving children into the world before she passed, and taught all of us a valuable lesson.

Her baby is almost viable. Why did she wait so long??? Second trimester abortions are barbaric. I hope she reconsiders.

What are you going to do to assist her once the baby is born? What obligations will you take on? Will you assist financially? Physically? For 18 years?

You need to assure her that if she has this baby she won't be doing it alone and that you will be there for the long haul since its so important that she has it.

You must be there during her pregnancy, delivery, no backing out.
