Time is a measurement, the term "at once" is a description of a period of time in which a number of things took place. Therefore without time there would be no "at once" to describe when everything happened.

hmmmm.......No....things would happen in sequence, but there would be no way of recording what happened when...because there would be no when....wow....that would suck.
