um, no. Torque is based on engine output and gear ratios. What you are trying to do is shift the cars weight to the rear i guess, right? You need to get the right springs and try and shift as much weight rearwards as possible, like the battery and such.

It will make no difference to torque. Torque is related to the engine. If it is a rear wheel drive (RWD) meaning the rear wheels are powered then shifting the weight to the rear of the car is helpful for traction of the wheels. Although if it is a front wheel drive (FWD) the weight needs to be at the front (The engine provides the weight over the front wheels) FWD are often considered safer while rear wheel drives are good for towing trailers etc... although there is many debates between FWD & RWD being the better option.

It has nothing to do with torque, it has to do with traction. Rear-wheel drive cars will "hook up" with the road better if there is more weight at the rear, there will be less likelihood of wheels spinning and burning the tires off. They will have better traction.

I think you should do your homework better and pay attention in class. If you understand what torque is, this question makes no sense. Read your glossary and check with a classmate about what you're suppose to be doing.
