Answer Number One: if she thinks she's queen of the world, why would she listen to you when you say she's not? You'll never convince her, don't even try; hang out with other people, and if she asks why (and ONLY if) say "because you act like you're queen of the universe, and I'd rather hang out with the peasants." Or something like that. Who has time to "fix" flawed people?
Answer Number Two: she treats you like you're a lot younger, you've asked her to stop, and she keeps doing it. Oh well, at least she's not mean to you; perhaps you're the sensitive one, but more likely she's just feeling powerless at home and needs someone younger to lord it over. Spend as little time with her as possible.

1. She's obviously not really nice if she blows up at you for little reasons like these. Maybe she's frustrated with you. Is there something you may have done? Don't send her emails it shouldn't be that big of a deal.
2. Just ask her why she acts so much older? Maybe she's just matured faster or you have.

1.) With your friend as for her blowing up when you mention her taking your pencil without your permission maybe you could approach her in a differnt way, maybe make a joke out of it ex: Oh I see you are using my favorite pencil again, i've been missing it and calling out for it and got no answer. Then you are kinda being funny to and not being mean to her to cause her to get moody.
2.) As for your cousin, it sounds to me as though shes is doing it to irritate you and I would just let her keep doing it and BITE YOUR TONGUE. I know its not easy but it will irritate her when she thinks it's not bothering you anymore and she will probably stop. Good luck with both

1. if this girl is moody like you say, there may be no way of guaranteeing that she won't blow up at you. all you can do is say what you need to, and the rest is up to her.
2. sensitive or not, she has to be told. sometimes you have to be harsh/blunt to get the point across (this goes with both situations) just try talking to her and giving her examples.
also with both of them, let them know that if they don't start being more aware of their behaviors and how it's effecting others, that you're sorry, but you can't associate yourself with them anymore, because you've put up with it long enough and you're not going to let them cause you anymore pain in your life.
Hope I've been of some help!

well for the first one if your friend Jenna don't like what you have to say and gets mad at you then she's not such a good friend
for the second one you need to just tell your cousin how you feel even though you dont want to hurt her feelings you can't be stressing over her your feelings is hurt to so you need to just tell your cousin straight up

1).>>Pick better Friends
2) if your cousin doesnt hear you the first time you've told her how it makes you feel.....then no sense in trying to tell her again as she's not listening* Next time just ignore it..or act as she is acting until she says I dont like when you do that, say either do i*~

2. a lot of girls are really insecure and by acting older, it makes them feel beter about themselves. just try to be understanding and cut her some slack
