the one that has poses for sims...for pictures
i read on modthesims2.com that its something to do with Career Rewards but i did the unlock career rewards cheat and its not there!!

Actually there is an even easier way to do this without the career reward. There is a hack by Squinge of Inseminator, that allows for every pose that available in the game. It is way better than the photography camera. All you have to do is click on your sim and the options are right there for you.

It is in a Expansion Pack, University, I believe. You can unlock the Career Reward when your Sim graduates college in the Art degree and then goes to the top of that career.
