how to get health in xbox 360 lost planet???

i need to know what those posts r that u click, what they do and...how to get health

The posts guide you in the right direction. Always activate them, they give you energy.

You get your health by killing enemies. Kill the enemies and take their supply of thermal energy.

You can also get thermal energy by blowing certain objects up, such as cars and other random objects throughout the level.

You can't get health back online, but you can get energy back by going near an enimies corpse and taking their supply.
