A hamster can drink milk (even cows milk) without a problem but I don't understand why you'd want to give it milk. If you're sitting there and drinking out of a glass of milk and want to share it with your hamster then go ahead (as long as it doesn't bother you!). If you want to give it a saucer of milk in it's cage then I think you should skip it. It will likely spill onto the shavings and then go bad. If you want to give your hamster the nutrition found in milk then I'd suggest a different dairy instead. Yogurt or cottage cheese are excellent to give hamsters. You will need to watch that there is none "stored" anywhere in the bedding to keep the cage clean of any rotting food. Hamsters also love tofu and scrambled eggs.

i do not recognize that a lot about hamsters on the grounds that I actually have rats, yet milk and different dairy products (except for yogurt) are not really advised for rats and they could have a extra omnivorous eating routine, so i imagine that dairy will be even worse for hamsters. Rats can in certain circumstances have chocolate although because it would not damage them (like different pets), yet do not recognize if that's ok for hamsters.
