Second of all, you should observe what kind of outfits the students there wear and what the average outfits would the average student there wear. Third, you go at the first day with the outfits you got that is according to school's rules and what the average students there usually wear. If you don't have these kind of outfits, shop for them! In short, do NOT dress in high fashion for the first time there, go for the Lowest Common Denominator, then move up after you have been there for a while (a month or so). Your safety and social life is much more important than not wanting to dress like everyone else.
