You are a normal, healthy guy, most other guys leak too, pre-ejaculate flows heavier in some guys, you'll just have to get used to it, we all do. Just be prepared, so you don't show leaks. Prepared like having a kleenex or tissue in your pocket you can tuck down there when you feel you may be leaking.

This is called pre-ejaculation. I happens to most men during an erection. It is supposed to provide lubrication during sex.

This is not normal. When you have an erection, nothing should come out unless you are very aroused, like having sex. You should just have a hard penis and nothing should come out. See a doctor immediately.

Quit complaining. Just keep your boners down. At least you dont have a full fledged flow that comes every month to worry about.

If you do kegal exercises, you will gain better control over the leaking.
When you go pee next time, squeeze your butt cheeks together to the point that you stop your stream of pee. If you do this successfully, then you are using the right muscles.
Once you learn to do this, you can do it throughout the day & strengthen those muscles.

It's normal and just something you have to get used to. Carry some Kleenex around with you for those occasions.
