Yeast infection is common during pregnancy. My first pregnancy, I didn't get any. But now (i'm 15 weeks) and I've already gotten it twice. My OB said I can use Monistat.
If you are absolutely worried, just phone your OB (or the nurse) and they will be able to tell you whether it's OK or not.

100% all juice not from concentrate.
Cranberry juice......3-4 glasses/day.
Wash your area in cold water and dry thoroughly as to not encourage growth. Yeast loves warm/wet places.
Don't use the monestat if you don't have to.
If you are very early then there isn't really a prolem due to the egg being so high up in the uterus but why risk it?

If you think you're pregnant, you need to see a gynecologist anyway. They'll be able to prescribe something you can take. Yeast infections are pretty common when you're pregnant.

Call the OB doc. They will know right away what to do. The Nurse will even tell you on the phone what to do. You have to call them anyways right?

"I'm just about to enter my second trimester, and I've had yeast infection symptoms for weeks! Baking soda and warm water baths help, so does acidophilous in the pill form and drying your vagina with a hair dryer.(It's more susceptible if it stays very wet after a bath or shower.) To the woman asking about Monistat 7, my OB nurse recommended it for me and says it gives her patients the best results, so it's safe for the first trimester. Just don't use the applicator."
