to escape from apprehensions.Basically god denotes peace,inner silence,satisfaction.
Try defining truth............its like attaining perfection.You can just reach closest in that description but never can u exactly explain truth.
Your mind will happen to admit that truth can just be experienced.You can never capture it exactly as you felt it by the means of words.There will be some definite flaw in ur analysis of truth.This is the reason as people cannot examine truth accurately.In this context
it is referred "truth is god".

i think we've all been told that god existed, but maybe not everyone had questioned it.
i have, and sometimes i would lose faith.
but then i look around me, and i hear ppl whisper to an invisible power for help. i saw ppl who didnt believe turn to that power and cry for mercy.
god does exist, we might not all call him that, but the power that is god, is there.
have faith, and search for an answer and ull find fod everywhere.

It's all in the bible... yes i did hear it from church and yes i've been raised in a christian home... but it was my decison to believe in him.... it says in Genesis 1:1- God created the heavens and the earth!!! Jesus is God's son and he died on the cross for you! John 3:16- God so loved the world that he gave his only and begotten son that whoever shall BELIEVE in him SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE!!!!

OK fair enough, but then i think you next question should Why for ppl who think he doesn't exist, do you believe he doesn't? Did your parents tell you? Maybe friends. If i told you Bon Jovie doesn't exist would you believe it?
And how do you explain that there is more proof that Jesus Christ existed than the original Cesar, even Jewish people admit to someone by the name Jesus existed?

I know God exists because he does. I feel it in my soul and heart. He picks me up when I fall down and he answers my prayers, even though sometimes the answer is no.
Faith is something that you either have or don't have and we have free will to choose.
