Why don't you re-write this saying exactly what you intend to do so people who have experience in what you are planning can give you good advice. Or at the very least, you may be able to form a list of ideas and all of what you will need to start your business so you can start working on the set up costs.
There are so many people on here who have their own businesses who are willing to share their knowledge so you should take advantage of any ideas or insight they may have to offer.
